Amy Acker & James Carpinello Stepping out of their Hollywood lives & roles on TV and Movies, Amy & James instead chose to evoke a funky, Soho-like feeling beginning with the ocean blue and ruby red color scheme & the invitations wrapped in red vellum and tied with a gold cord accented with a single crystal drop. For the ceremony, an old scroll garden gate makes a grand entryway into a tent that’s adorned in gold fabric, iron chandeliers, flowers, ivy and moss. An elaborate ironwork structure sets an enchanted garden-like stage where the celebrity groom and bride exchange vows amid tons of hanging crystals and a ceiling graced by chandeliers thick with carnations and foliage. Guests are in awe as they walk into the 400 year old volcanic ash wine cave – guests Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris & Danny Pino are wowed by the effects created for the once in a lifetime dinner. The centerpiece of the wedding is the 64-foot long, red-tile-covered dining table that’s dressed in red charger plates, and glowing with red and blue candles atop tall bronze stands, dangling with red and blue crystals. Gobos then cast a bohemian-styled red-and-blue mosaic of light. Crystal chandeliers sparkle above as a special treat, the groom, who is a movie & Broadway actor, adds a distinctly personal touch to the evening when he sings the father-daughter dance.
